PhD. Leticia Pérez Saiz
PhD in Neuroscience from the Institute of Neuroscience of Alicante, a joint centre of the CSIC and the University of Alicante; Graduate in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences and Master’s Degree in Basic and Applied Neuroscience, both from the University of Valencia.
She also has specific training in European Union R&D funding programmes and instruments, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Promotion and Management of International R&D+i Projects and Actions, awarded by the Polytechnic University of Madrid; and the course on European Project Development and Management, awarded by Euradia International.
From 2015 to 2021, she worked at the Institute of Neurosciences in Alicante, where she focused her research on understanding the role of spontaneous brain activity, specifically the thalamocortical system, in the development of sensory circuits and their plasticity.
Since 2022, she has been part of the Kveloce team as a consultant and researcher in biomedical sciences. She carries out technical writing for R&D&I proposals and actively participates in the implementation of research projects at European level, especially within the framework of Horizon Europe. She also collaborates on various studies and consulting services, providing specialised technical support, and regularly contributes to scientific publications and conferences in the field of health. She also contributes to the review and mock preparation of ERC proposals.
