Valeria Moncada
R&D Consultant
Graduate in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Salamanca (2022). She holds an Official Master’s Degree in Development Cooperation from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specialising in Project Management and Development Processes (2024).
Her academic career is guided by a critical perspective, with a special focus on the defence of human rights, social justice, environmental protection and sustainability. She was recognised with honours for her degree thesis, in which she explored the contradictions of progressive dynamics in Bolivia and alternative models of development.
Since 2024, she has been part of the Kveloce team as an R&D Consultant in social sciences, contributing to the implementation and monitoring of EU-funded projects, as well as to the preparation of proposals under programmes such as Horizon Europe and Erasmus+. She also provides support in technical assistance services and public engagement initiatives.
