Vicky Ibars
Degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia. Master in Clinical Psychology (CETECOVA) and postgraduate in Forensic Psychology (GRUPO ESPAI).
For 14 years, her dedication to the management, coordination and administrative-financial justification of large-scale projects in European innovation programmes (H2020, EUROSTARS, Justice+ and Erasmus +), as well as in regional or national programmes, have endorsed her extensive experience as a senior project manager.
From 2018 to 2021 she was responsible for the Erasmus+ team coordinating the preparation of proposals and implementation of Kveloce’s own and clients’ projects. In 2020 she diversified her tasks by participating in the implementation and technical drafting of R&D&I project proposals for the Erasmus+ and Justice calls. Since 2022 he focuses his work mainly on the preparation of Horizon Europe proposals, consortium management and budget preparation.
From 2022, she leads the Talent area at Kveloce, strengthening the professional development and well-being of the team. She coordinates training, performance appraisals and career plans, as well as leading recruitment and selection. As head of this area, she intervenes in the drafting of internal policies and collaborates in actions to promote the organisational culture together with the communication department.
