Vicky Ibars

Vicky Ibars holds a degree in Psychology from the Universitat de València and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (CETECOVA). She also holds a postgraduate qualification in Forensic Psychology (Grupo Espai).

She has more than 16 years of experience in the management, coordination, and administrative and financial reporting of innovation projects. These projects have been funded through European, national and regional programmes. Her career is closely linked to Horizon Europe (HE), Horizon 2020 (H2020), Eurostars, Erasmus+, Justice and other funding programmes. In this field, she has developed extensive expertise in financial management, project monitoring and the coordination of international consortia.

Between 2018 and 2021, she was responsible for the Erasmus+ area at Kveloce. During this period, she coordinated the preparation of proposals and the implementation of both in-house and client projects. Since 2022, much of her work has focused on preparing Horizon Europe proposals and the financial management of projects. She also supports the coordination of international consortia.

In addition, since 2022, she has led Kveloce’s Talent Area. She drives initiatives focused on professional development, training, performance evaluation, career development and talent attraction. In this role, she acts as a link between employees and the company. She promotes a culture of collaboration, continuous development and high performance. Her work helps improve team efficiency and strengthen internal coordination. She also supports the company’s growth from a strategic, people-centred perspective.
