Vicky Ibars

Degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia. Master in Clinical Psychology (CETECOVA) and postgraduate in Forensic Psychology (Grupo Espai).​

She has more than 16 years of experience in the management, coordination, and administrative and financial reporting of innovation projects funded by European, national and regional programmes. Her career has been closely linked to Horizon Europe (HE), Horizon 2020 (H2020), Eurostars, Erasmus+, Justice, and other funding programmes, where she has developed extensive expertise in financial management, project monitoring, and the coordination of international consortia.​

Between 2018 and 2021, she was responsible for the Erasmus+ area at Kveloce, coordinating both proposal preparation and the implementation of projects for Kveloce and its clients. Since 2022, she has focused much of her work on Horizon Europe proposal preparation, project financial management, and support for the coordination of international consortia.​

Since 2022, she has led Kveloce’s Talent Area, driving initiatives related to professional development, training, performance evaluation, career development plans and talent acquisition. In this role, she acts as a bridge between people and the organisation, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous development and high performance. Her work contributes to improving team efficiency, strengthening internal coordination and supporting the company’s growth through a strategic, people-centred approach.
