Gio Paolo Baglioni
Senior R&D&I Consultant
Graduated in Law from the University of Brescia and specialised in European Union law, Gio Paolo is a senior professional with extensive experience in EU institutions, public affairs, and research and innovation (R&I) project management.
He has held different roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as legal advisor to a European political party and as a consultant in international and European strategy.
Currently Head of the Kveloce Brussels Office, he oversees the company’s international activities, with a focus on Horizon Europe projects, innovation policy, commercial development, and international strategic planning.
He leads business development initiatives, builds cross-sector partnerships, and strengthens Kveloce’s positioning in the European R&I ecosystem.
