Rebeca Lucas
Degree in Economics from the University of Salamanca; Diploma in Higher Education in Business Organisation fromHeriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. MA in Economics from Staffordshire University, UK, and postgraduate degree in foreigntrade from the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade in Rome. She has been a lecturer in economics at Staffordshire Universityand a researcher at the European University Institute in Florence.
Since 2001 she has been preparing and advising on the drafting of proposals for European research and developmentprogrammes. In addition, she has extensive experience in the field of innovation policy, having been Italy’s correspondentfor the European Trend-Chart on Innovation and advising the European Commission on these matters.
Since 2018, she works at Kveloce as a consultant and researcher in social sciences, responsible for drafting R&D&I proposalsat European level (especially Horizon Europe) and providing technical assistance in studies and technical services. Since2022, she advises on the scientific-technical strategy, writing and review of ERC proposals and has extensive experience inpreparing ERC mock-ups for universities and research centers. She is currently head of the Grant Writing department.
