CEO and expert for the European Commission
Maite Ferrando is the CEO of Kveloce, Recipient of the Extraordinary Degree Award in Psychology and a PhD with Cum Laude distinction from the University of Valencia. She holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Intervention (UCM) and postgraduate qualifications in the Knowledge and Information Society (UOC).
She has pursued an international research career, with several publications in high-impact journals and significant contributions to European conferences and congresses. She has also undertaken research stays at the University of Oslo, the University of Washington and the University of California, Berkeley (USA).
She is a consultant with more than 20 years of experience in strategic advisory services and securing European and national funding. Her expertise focuses on the implementation of R&D&I projects.
She has been an expert evaluator for the European Commission since 2010, assessing research and innovation projects across various programmes, including the FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe framework programmes.
