The aim of the project is to design, implement and evaluate a comprehensive urban programme to reduce energy poverty and their effects on the citizens health and wellbeing, built on evidence-based approaches in different pilot cities which represent different urban realities as well as welfare and healthcare models.
The city pilots that will implement and test the program to reduce energy poverty are:

- Edirne-Turkey
- Obuda -Hungary
- Jelgava-Latvia
