The ViReal4STEM project, led by the University of Burgos, will run from January 2025 to December 2027. Its main aimed at engaging and motivating students in STEM, highlighting inclusion and equity for underrepresented groups, especially girls. The main results of the project are a VR app and an inclusive Pedagogical Framework. ViReal4STEM application (VR), aimed at students aged 13-18, provides immersive experiences that allow them to explore hypothetical scenarios and visualise a future in STEM. The Pedagogical framework for gender inclusive STEM education provides a collection of STEM resources and develops a teaching methodology with an inclusive approach and gender perspective. This framework includes strategies such as differentiated teaching, group and peer-activated learning, ensuring equitable access to high-quality materials and supporting teachers in creating safe and inclusive classroom environments.

Kveloce leadership Quality and Ethics Manager will ensure that the project meets the standards set in these areas, as well as assess its impact on the target group. KVC will develop the Impact Assessment Plan, which will include a theoretical approach and the necessary tools to measure the effects of the project on the target group throughout its implementation.
