El objetivo del proyecto es compartir ejemplos de buenas prácticas en el seno de la UE, para promover los valores ciudadanos, la participación y las iniciativas emprendedoras en los jóvenes a través de la comunicación y la diseminación de actividades y resultados de proyectos e iniciativas ya existentes en el ámbito de la economía social.

Durante los 24 meses de duración del Proyecto, los 9 socios del Proyecto, procedentes de 8 países de la UE con experiencia en el trabajo con jóvenes, innovación educativa y conciencia sobre aspectos ciudadanos    crearán manuales, plataformas web y redes sociales en las que se involucrará a diferentes agentes (centros educativos, autoridades locales, asociaciones y empresas) con el fin de atraer a los jóvenes hacia la educación, la mentalidad emprendedora y la conciencia sobre temas  tales como el medio ambiente, la inclusión social, la cultura y los valores democráticos.  Los resultados estarán disponibles para cualquier persona que desee obtener información y apoyarse en experiencias de trabajo similares para otros proyectos.P

TOOLS4BRAIN: Providing training and policy resources for well prepared formal and informal caregivers of brain injured patients in Europe.

TOOLS4BRAIN project aims to develop a virtual learning environment based on the creation of an innovative e-Health App to train formal caregivers for a more effective care services to ABI patients and their families.
Based in the previous experience of the Mental-Health App ® developed by the NISA Hospital for relatives of ABI patients, partners will work closely to develop a European innovative App addressed to train formal caregivers in technical procedures to take care of patients and methodologies to reduce their burden. The innovative perspective of the project lies in this practical approach that allows formal caregivers but also informal caregivers and families to use the App and to access to all the information provided.

EUROCOORD: Best Practices for EUROpean COORDination on investigative measures and evidence gathering

Funded by the Justice Programme- European Union – Ref 723198 

EUROCOORD addresses existing gaps in the current EU legislation, where there is a lack of homogeneous procedures on evidence gathering and coordination protocols across the Member States and different local and/or national procedures and regulations, with relevant discordances. The general aim of this proposal is, first, to promote the mutual cooperation in criminal matters, with regard to EIO procedures and best practice, contributing to the effective and coherent application of mutual recognition instrument in all EU; second, to raise the awareness and cooperation between prosecutors of different Member States; and third, to create a common standard of observance and respect for procedural rights of persons suffering investigative measures at the European Union level.


EFFICHRONIC was funded by the III Health Programme (European Commission)

EFFICHRONIC: Enhancing health systems sustainability by providing cost-efficiency data of evidenced based interventions for chronic management in stratified population based on clinical and socio-economic determinants of health

The project EFFICHRONIC aims to provide evidence on the positive return of investment and cost-efficiency of the application of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Programme (CDSMP) in 5 different European countries (France, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and UK) with a particular focus on the health, medical, social, cultural and economic factors linked with a higher burden of chronic disorders in Europe. This project goes beyond the current state of the art on chronic management by carrying out an analysis of cost-efficiency data of chronic prevention and management evidenced-based programmes through integration of social determinants of health.

DOCMA: Disorders of Consciousness (DoC): enhancing the transfer of knowledge and professional skills on evidence-based interventions and validated technology for a better management of patients

The overall goal of DoCMA is to enhance international research on Disorders of Consciousness (DoC) by strengthen the collaboration among project participants to leverage the shared scientific and expert know-how in the field. The partnerships will
consolidate a joint international scientific and innovation programme for developing research projects on DoC diagnosis, evaluation and management of patients as well as establish a standardised methodology, common approach and data sharing resources.
DOCMA increases the scientific competence of the consortium members at the international level in DoC research and clinical practice, enhancing the transfer of knowledge and professional skills on evidence-based interventions and validated technology for a better management of patients.

BOTSTEM Erasmus+ School Education

BOTSTEM: roBOTics and STEM education for children and primary schools

Funded under ERASMUS+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships for School Education

BOTSTEM will implement inquiry teaching units with a robot-based approach, including code-learning, for enhancing the education in STEM fields. Recent research have demonstrated that early techno-scientific literacy in children as young as 4 years old could improve their long-term achievement in STEM fields and raise the scientific and technological vocations, specially for girls. Competencies acquired during childhood, including design thinking, inquiry, coding and robotics, are transferable to other areas. These skills are applicable to all areas during their whole academic and labour life.

INFOREX: Innovative ways of including low qualified ex offenders and ex prisoners to labour market

Strategic Partnerships for adult education

INforEX aims to develop a training model that will be carried out at work and not in classrooms through practical interrelation activities thanks to the entrepreneurs (small individual owners) becoming adult trainers and supported by experienced tutors. The project will also develop a new certification of EU competence based on an innovative model of evaluation in accordance with ECVET system requirements, awarded at the end of training. To achieve these results, INforEX will prepare a state-of-the-art analysis and an evaluation of the need for training among 120 stakeholders in 6 EU countries.

EN-ABILITIES (Accessible Online environment for encouraging autonomous English language learning aimed at people with disabilities)

Funded under the Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnerships for adult education programme

The objective of the project is to create a platform that encourages the autonomously English learning in people with disabilities, specially designed for people with learning difficulties. The platform will be built based on the principles of universal design, with the advice and participation of internationally recognised institutions in the development of linguistic content for the language learning. Thus, during the 30 months of the project, the 7 partners with experience and knowledge in language learning, new technologies, universal design and contact with associations and end users, will develop the platform that will be accessible free of charge to any user willing to learn English in a simple way.

BEST BY DOING: Ho.Re.Ca. skills development in Wellness Facilities

Funded under the Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training Programme

The objective of the Best By Doing project lies in applying and expanding criteria of excellence in the professional training of Ho.Re.Ca services (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes), specifically, within the health and well-being sector (Wellness). Best By Doing proposes a triple interaction between students, vocational training teachers and companies through the platform “Triple-Match Technology” (TMT); especially interesting since it will allow the adaptation of the professional training to the current and future needs of wellness sector.


UMTRANS – Urban Mobility Transport Solutions

Founded by the National Programme for the Business Leadership (MINECO) under the call Horizonte PYME 2015.

The project is led by the Spanish SME Geminis S.L, and it has obtained 70.000 € grant to develop a business plan and market research. K-veloce I+D+I supported the company for the activities related to the development and presentation of the proposal and for the management of the needed documentation.
UMTRANS is a web-based expert system that offers a powerful tool to manage data related to mobility from different sources, some traditional and other entirely new able to convert citizens into mobility sensors. UMTRANS enables to manage traffic and mobility data in real-time and in the cloud. This innovative platform delivers transport companies, public administrations and citizens with enough information to plan their mobility, allowing to change the use of public/private transport, making changes in itineraries or routes, providing information in real time on restricted parking or modifying mobility times. Finally, UMTRANS guarantees the improvement of public transport and mobility, promoting the sustainable use of infrastructures within cities.
